Annette Pugh

I was born in Akron, Ohio, daughter to a Vice President of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. My Mother and Grandmother were from Belgium, so I was raised speaking French and English. I was raised in the Philippines, then went to High School in Argentina...always following my father's assignments around the world. I attended UCLA, where I met and married my husband Lance. We went to work for The May Company, both becoming Buyers for all their Southern California stores...he for Men's Sportswear and I for Lingerie. Decided to move to Ashland in 1972, opening a health food store on the Plaza called Lithia Grocery. We operated the business until beginning my Real Estate career in 1979.

I have been very active in Soroptomists, which afforded me the honor of representing our region at the World Confederation in Koyoto, Japan in 1992. I have also enjoyed my association with the American Association of University Women, being a member since 1990.

I am currently an Associate Broker with Gateway Real Estate in Ashland. In the year 2000 we sold 76 million dollars worth of property, making Gateway the leading brokerage in Ashland. I show property in my Toyota Prius Hybrid, a gas/electric car that makes me feel better about driving around town.

I like to travel, ski, work out at the gym, as well as being a good chew-toy for my darling dog, Spooky.
