Cynthia White
Cynthia’s love for Ashland and the Rogue Valley began while she attended Humboldt State University during 1978-1983. She often came to Ashland to ski at Mt. Ashland and attend plays at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Obtaining her Bachelors Degree from Humboldt State in 1983 she moved to Ashland, living here ever since.
After a career in banking, Cynthia obtained her real estate license in 1987. She soon founded her own real estate company and became a Principal Broker in 1990. She is grateful to have been able to establish a successful career over the past twenty years while enjoying the small-town values and personal relationships that make this a special place to live.
Southern Oregon is unique in offering both recreational and cultural life experiences, both of which play rich roles in her life. Cynthia enjoys an active outdoor life, including rafting the Wild & Scenic Rogue, hiking, skiing, motorcycling and bicycling. At the same time she has served her profession and her community, and has been recognized and honored for her involvement. She has been President of the Board of Realtors and Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service and was honored as Realtor of the Year in 1992. During 2007-2009 she serves as the President of Chamber Music Concerts, an affiliate of Southern Oregon University Foundation. During her presidency, Chamber Music Concerts will celebrate 25 years of bringing world-class chamber music to our community.
While having a deep knowledge and wide experience of all forms of real estate transactions, Cynthia specializes in people and treasures the many and varied relationships she has developed over the years, with most of her business coming from former clients and referrals.
