University Toastmasters meet at 7 tonight at the Ashland library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd.

Southern Oregon University will observe Arbor Day with events from noon to 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, at the SOU Stevenson Union courtyard, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd.

There will be a puppet show for children ages 3 to 5 at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 11, at North Mountain Park Nature Center, 620 N. Mountain Ave. Admission is $6 per child and children must be accompanied by an adult.
