Pokii is co-owner of Gateway Real Estate and has presided over the firm's rise to prominence among Ashland Real Estate companies.

After graduating from college in 1978, Pokii embarked on a distinguished real estate career that places her among the nation's TOP PRODUCERS. In the last three years she as averaged $11 million per year in closed transactions.

Pokii's extensive experience gives her the understanding of the market that is valuable to both buyers and sellers and her skills in negotiating are valued by her clients, many of whom have done multiple transactions and whose referrals have fueled her business for nearly 25 years.

Pokii has many outside interests, including traveling, golf, tennis, gardening, hiking and reading. She also is a founding member of ASHLAND INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL.
